I have a brand new Samantha Pram that I bought for my granddaughter and it is really shiny and a dark red. It almost does not look like wood, I know it is though.
I bought one on eBay for me for a really good price but it arrived today and it is REALLY wood, no fancy lacquer on it and it is a much lighter color of red. It does have the Pleasant Company sticker on the bottom of it but you would never even know that they were the same item if not for their shape.
Was there ever an older version of the pram that was really more wood looking than the new ones? I would think that it was a fake but who would go to the trouble of making a fake one????????
